邯峰电厂TTS系统(汽轮系统)采用的是SIEMENS公司的S5-95F型PLC设备,经过长期运行,暴露出诸多问题。自投产以来,我厂多次因汽系统误动引起组跳。因此我厂对汽系统的软件部分进行优化,将其容易引起误动的部分进行合理的修改。优化完成后收到了明显的效果,自优化以来运行至今没发生因汽系统故障引起的组误跳事故。
Hanfeng Power Plant TTS system (turbine trip system) is used in S5-95F type PLC device of SIEMENS company. After a long running, it exposed many problems. It has occurred turbine trip system malfunction caused tripping several times since the operation. So the software part of the turbine trip system of our plant is optimized, the part which is easy to cause some malfunction is made reasonable modification. It received a significant effect after optimization, and since it is optimized, it has not occurred fault trip accident caused by fault of turbine trip system unit.

Then by using the simulation system, the systems indicator, such as busy period, average queue length of passengers and average wait time of passengers, are obtained for fare gate machines with different number. Furthermore, the capacity utilization, the service level and the operating costs of fare gate machines are evaluated comprehensively. Finally, an example is simulated and the results are analyzed.

A physical model of Jiaogang ship lock was established in this paper, and the flow condition in lock chamber and approach channel was studied by the model. On this basis, a new method to confirm the critical condi-tions of ship lock running as an open channel was put forward. And the experiment results indicate that the main flow oscillates less and stress on hoist does not exceed the designed value when the water level difference between upstream and downstream is between-0.35 meter and 0.37 meter. Under the critical water level conditions, the Jiao-gang ship lock sluice gate can be hoisted safely.

In order to improve the ship lock capacity and make the effective operation scheme, an integrated physical model test was established in this paper. Flow velocity and pattern of approach channel during the running period of ship lock with different doors opening were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the physi?cal model test, the rule of flow in different hydraulic conditions was studied to determine seaworthiness condition and to improve the security situation. The results can be used as the reference of the ship locks in Nantong Channel Office.

The purpose of this study is propose a new method of bottleneck identification in the evacuation process. The modeling software EVACNET4 was applied to simulate the evacuation of crowd in a certain subway station when fires and other accidents happened.A combination method of network structure effectiveness and structural impor-tance was applied to find the bottlenecks in the evacuation process.By calculating the structural importance of e-vacuation bottlenecks, the bottlenecks were sorted by their impact on the safe evacuation of the station, so as to find out the bottleneck restriction points.The results showed that the opening and closing state of the escalator in the subway station has a significant impact on the evacuation time.When special events occurs, such as a fire, the es-calator should be stopped and used as stairs.Meanwhile, the opening and closing state of the gates also affect the evacuation time, but as long as the gates is available in the evacuation process,

In water conservancy hub projects located at plains,usually the pumping station and sluice are integrated together for a compact layout to save land and reduce costing.However,this combined layout can result in unwanted flow patterns,such as locally reverse flow,strong lateral current and so on.Thus,as a case study,the asymmetrical layout of integrated pumping station and sluice in North Yaoguang Water Conservancy Hub Project is optimized and finalized based on two-dimensional numeri-cal stream simulations and a detailed discussion about the layout rationality and safety of navigation.It is shown that it is proper to install a diversion pier between the pumping station and the sluice upstream and downstream in order to alleviate uneven flow patterns and satisfy the safety of navigation.Additio-nally,the diversion pier can drive the reverse flow zones to further upstream and an increased length of the piers can reduce the velocity of lateral current.A trash rack bridge is inst
