Based on the analysis of the fault mode of residual current operated protective device (RCD) and its causes,various state information was analyzed and compared.A state evaluation method of RCD based on fuzzy AHP was proposed.The method comprehensively considered various state information which reflects the operating state of RCD,co-ordinating the subj ective and obj ective factors in the evaluation.The application example shows that the method can effectively evaluate the state of RCD.

AIM: To research the feature of normal SD rat and retinal cone dysfunction ( RCD ) rat electroretinogram ( ERG) under different color stimulation and to explore its possible diagnostic value. METHODS: Six male SD rats and six RCD rats were used, all of which were mature rats. They were stimulated by red, white, blue and green light and the ERG was recorded.The wavelength of red, green and blue light were 625nm, 525nm and 470nm respectively and the white light was mixed by three color light. RESULTS:The response of ERG in normal SD rat under green and blue light stimulation were stronger than under red and white stimulation.The dark-adapted ERG of RCD rat responsed to color stimulation was similar to the ERG of normal SD rat, but the amplitude under each color stimulation was lower than that of normal SD rat.Light-adapted ERG response was hardly detected waveform. CONCLUSION:Rat is sensitive to blue and green light, which can be used as a suggested light stimulation in the ERG recording

This paper analyzes the principle and characteristics of lossless snubber circuit, and combines with the original RCD snubber circuit,Explores and researches a circuit which is suitable for IGBT inverter bridge lossless snubber. Simulates and analysises the circuit by the Saber software. The simulation results showed the turn-off reliability of inhibite this circuit over-voltage of IGBT.

The influence of the clamping circuit on the energy transformation efficiency is presented,based on which the principles and steps for the design of the RCD-clamping circuit for the flyback converter are provided. In order to improve the car vacuum cleaner, security and reliability of power supply device in practical applica-tion, the realization of the aim of small volume and more function, the effective use of the advantages of the RCD active clamp circuit, and presents a continuous model (CCM) based on the current control of single-ended flyback type vehicle vacuum cleaner power supply devices, and analyzed the related theory. Using the UC3842 digital chip as control circuit of the controller, and the control circuit of multiple components were set up by calculation. Finally on the 5 v output of no load and full load experiment, the experimental results show that the vehicle vacuum cleaner power supply devices working con-dition is good, the output voltage stability, high reliability and good applicability. At the same time, also the problems oc-curred in the experiment of several solutions are given.

This paper proposed an active-clamp high step-up boost converter with coupled-inductor. The voltage gain of the boost converter was improved by introducing a coupled inductor. The active clamp circuit was employed to recycle the leakage energy, suppress the switch turn-off voltage spikes, and implement zero-voltage-switching turn-on operation. The reverse-recovery problem of the diodes was solved by the reasonable design of the leakage inductance. The main limitation of the proposed converter is the high peak voltage of the diode due to the resonance between the leakage inductor and parasitic capacitor of it, and a resistor-capacitor-diode (RCD) snubber circuit should be included. A 250 W prototype with 48 V-input and 380 V-output was built and the experimental results verify the correction of the theoretical analysis, the highest measured efficiency is about 94.5%.
