As the Speed- raising of trains causes the severe Doppler Effect,postponement of handover triggering and frequent han-dover,the safety and reliability of the GSM- R system wil be seriously reduced.So the.research is of great importance. This article analyzes the reasen of GSM- R network handoff drop words and put forward the optimization scheme.

The effects of Ce addition on the quantity, size, distribution of inclusions and the content of oxygen, sulfur and other hazardous residual elements in spring steel used as fastener in high speed railway were investigated by metallographic examination, SEM-EDS and composition analysis. The results indicated that the contents of oxygen decreased with the addition of Ce([Ce]0.1%) and the content of sulfur continually decreased with increasing content of Ce([Ce]1.2%). 以我国CRH2(China railways highspeed 2)型高速动车组的单相三电平脉冲整流器为研究对象,以提高其动态响应速度及控制精度为目的,该文首先建立单相三电平脉冲整流器数学模型,分析传统基于比例积分(proportional-integral, PI)控制器的定频直接功率控制(direct power control,DPC)的工作原理,在此基础上,提出一种基于自回归算法的单相无差拍功率预测DPC算法。与传统PI定频DPC算法相比,该DPC算法无需网压相位检测装置,如锁相环(phase locked loop,PLL),降低了硬件设计及软件编程的复杂度;而且由于采用自回归算法,实现了有功和无功功率的无差拍预测,提高了整流器负载动态变化时的响应速度。然后,结合内嵌中点电位平衡功能的单相三电平空间矢量调制算法(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM),构建了完整的单相三电平脉冲整流器DPC与SVPWM控制系统。最后,对该功率预测DPC和传统PI定频DPC算法分别进行了计算机仿真和半实物实验对比研究。仿真与实验对比分析结果证明了该无差拍功率预测DPC算法的正确性和有效性。
In order to improve the controller’s dynamic response and precision of single-phase three-level pulse rectifier applied in China railways high-speed 2 (CRH2) electric multiple units, a single-phase three-level pulse rectifier was firstly modeled with mathematical expression. Then the operating principle of direct power control (DPC) based on PI controller with the fixed switching frequency was analyzed. On this basis, a single-phase deadbeat DPC with autoregressive power prediction method was proposed. Compared with the traditional PI DPC method, the proposed DPC method can not only reduce the complexity of hardware design and software programming without the main voltage’s phase detector, such as phase-locked loop (PLL), but also improve dynamic response of the rectifier with load change with active and reactive power autoregressive prediction. By the end of 2013, China’s railway debt has reached 3 trillion with debt ratio as high as 65%. Since the existing railway management can’t effectively reduce debts and railway investment is still accelerating, China’ s railway debt has a tendency to expand. Through regression analysis and Granger causality test of the reasons for China railway debt scale after 2000, this paper finds that China’s railway debt is proportional to the railway mile?age, especially completely positive correlated with high-speed railway mileage. The deep reason is China ’s invest?ment-driven growth model and unreasonable economic structure. To reduce debt scale of China’s railway, it is necessary to change the existing economic growth way and the railway investment and financing structure.
