Adopting the method of document research and interview,this paper carries out a research on the protection and inheritance of Eight Extremities Fists of Yueshan,the intangible cultural heritage of sports.The results show that despite its diverse value,Eight Extremities Fists of Yueshan is in danger of dying out and being invaded.Also there is a shortage of real materials and support.Given the existing problems,the paper puts forward suggestions as follows:sets up a system of protection and a plan of development,carries out census and classification,publicizes and provides more support to school teaching the Fists and connects it with P.E.class in universities and holds various forms of seminars.This paper aims to lay a theoretical basis for the protection and inheritance of the Fists.

Adopting historical anthropology,the paper focuses on the cultural construction of Cangzhou Baji Boxing and draws the following conclusions:Based on the tension of social life space,Baji has got the authentic origin through the use of the cultural codes of“ Lai”and“Pi”. Baji has achieved its social identity through dialogues with the upper,middle and lower classes. It has promoted the cultural process of Wushu from technique to culture through the cultural blending of Baji and Pigua Boxing. What’s more,it has strengthened national consciousness through the body narrative of“ Baji being able to influence the universe in military sense”. To sum up,the cultural construction of Baji is a mobile historical process in which we can detect the historical experience and social awareness through the mix of various nationalities on one hand and profound collective ethics and national spirits on the other hand.

The ground state properties and the shape evolution of even-even Xe, Ba and Ce isotopes were investigated by the Reflection Asymmetric Relativistic Mean Field ( RAS-RMF ) theory. Calculations showed that the RAS-RMF theory presented a good description on the properties of ground states for the consideration of reflecting asymmetric degree of freedom. The calculated binding energy agreed with the experimental data well. The shape evolution of even-even Xe, Ba and Ce isotopes were clearly demonstrated by the deformation parameters and matter density distributions. The results showed that octupole deformation had a significant influence on the ground state properties of nuclei, in which reflection asymmetric degree of freedom played an important role.

Fully relativistic multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock method with Breit and QED corrections was used to calculate transition energy level separations, transition probabilities and oscillator strengths for the Mg-like ions. In the calculation, the significant Breit and QED corrections were considered. The results were compared with recent experimental data in good agreements and other theoretical values. The results show that the magnetic multidipole transition probabilities were in correspondence with these of E1 transitions and can not be ignored in the laser plasma of high temperature in ICF and MCF Fusion.

The anti-thrombin activity was studied in four species of leeches Poecilobdella manillensis , Hirudo nipponia ,Erpobdellaoctoculata and Whitmania pigra ,and cryopreservation (-20 ℃) on anti-coagulant activity was investigated in leech P .manillensis by anti-thrombin bioactivity method at (24 ± 2)℃ .The results showed that anti-thrombin bioactivity of four species of leeches were in the following de-creasing order :P .manillensis ,H .nipponia ,W .pigra and E .octoculata ,and the anti-thrombin bioac-tivity were (106 .39 ± 48 .57) U/g ,(29 .44 ± 11 .31) U/g ,(8 .06 ± 0 .48) U/g and (0 .00 ± 0 .00) U/g ,re-spectively .Extracts of P .manillensis had higher anti-thrombin activity than that of other species of lee-ches (P<0 .01) .Anticoagulant activities of P .manillensis preserved in -20 ℃ were (134 .72 ± 51 .11) U/g for 0 month ,(117 .33 ± 16 .04) U/g ,for 2 months ,(76 .16 ± 20 .60) U/g for 16 months ,(41 .94 ± 4 .11) U/g for 24 months and (21 .39 ± 0 .96) U/g for 34

An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was developed for the determination of Si and P in MnZn ferrites .The sample was digested by HNO3 + HCl with microwave digestion followed by dilution with ultrapure water then the above two elements in the solution were analyzed directly by ICP-MS .The analytical elements were by introducing the helium gas into the octopole reaction system (ORS) to eliminate the polyatomic interferences caused by the high salty matrixes .The ma-trix effects and the instrument drift could be commendably calibrated with Y as internal standard element .The working parame-ters of the instrument were optimized .The NIST SRM 362 and NIST SRM 364 were used as standard reference materials .The results showed a good agreement between the certified values and the experimental results for three analytes .The detection lim-its for Si and P is 0.91 and 0.27 μg · L -1 .
