[目的]探究气候、土壤条件和品种对烟叶腺毛分泌物的影响。[方法]在贵州省开阳龙岗、威宁和天柱三地，选择云烟85烤烟品种，分下中上3个部位采取成熟鲜叶，用二氯甲烷提取叶表面物质进行分析检测。[结果]气候条件对烟叶腺毛分泌物主要成分含量差异明显。天柱烟叶腺毛分泌物主要成分含量明显高于威宁和龙岗，天柱与龙岗主要腺毛分泌物总量差异达到最著水平；土壤条件对烟叶腺毛分泌物含量影响较大，龙岗土壤上烟叶腺毛分泌物含量最高，天柱土次之，威宁土最低。在不同气候条件下，各种土壤上烟叶腺毛分泌物含量不一致，说明气候和土壤间存在一定的互作。在龙岗点选取不同品种鲜叶分析检测表明，品种间鲜叶腺毛分泌物含量亦存在较大差异，南江3号最低，K326次低，贵烟201较高，云烟85最高。云烟85鲜叶腺毛分泌物含量是南江3号烟叶含量2倍多。[结论]气候、土壤和品种对烟叶腺毛分泌物含量的影响程度依次为气候>品种>土壤。

Objective] The aim was to study the effect of climate and soil on the content of surface trichome exudates from fresh flue-cured leaves. [Method] The experiment was conducted in 2009 in Longgang, Weining and Tianzhu of Guizhou Province with flue-cured tobacco variety Yun 85. Mature tobacco leaves were taken from lower, middle and upper plant positions respectively and major cuticular com-ponents of the leaves were extracted with methylene chloride and their chemical compositions were analyzed with GC-MS. [Result] The result showed that there was large difference among trichome exudates of leaves grown under different climatic conditions. The leaf trichome exudates from Tianzhu were quite higher than those from Weining and Longgang, and trichome exudates difference between Tianzhu and Longgang was significant. Soil conditions had considerable effect on the content of tobacco leaf surface trichome exudates, leaf from Longgang soil had highest con-tent, fol owed by Tianzhu soil

探讨孟氏十二针刺法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者的椎基底动脉血流动力学的影响。方法:将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,予孟氏十二针疗法(双侧风池、完骨、天柱、上风池、上完骨、风府夹穴);对照组30例,予常规针刺疗法(双侧风池、完骨、天柱)。两组治疗前后均行TCD检查。结果:治疗组治疗后,椎基底动脉MV值均显著上升(P0.01),PI及RI值显著下降(P0.01);与对照组比较有显著性差异(PO.05)。结论:孟氏十二针刺法能明显改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者血流动力学。

Objective:To observe the influence of Meng - Shi - Twelve - Needle acupuncture method on vertebrobasilar artery''s hemody-namics in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group of 30 cases was treated by Meng - Shi - Twelve - Needle therapy(bilateral Fengchi,Wangu,Tianzhu,Shangfengchi, Shangwangu and Fengfujia acupoints);and the control group of 30 cases was treated by routine acupuncture therapy(bilateral Fengchi, Wangu and Tianzhu acupoints). The two groups were both examined by TCD before and after treatment. Results:After treatment in treatment group,the mean blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery both incresed significantly(P < 0. 01),PI and RI both decreased significantly(P < 0. 01);Compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P < 0. 05). 现行的旅游翻译,尤其是景区的外宣翻译,因为缺乏统一的规范,不能有效地服务于旅游实践。从景区的英文网站、景点简介以及景区标识牌等方面入手,参照国外的平行文本,借鉴翻译规范理论的相关成果,对天柱山景区的英文翻译的语言和文化层面进行深度剖析,探讨旅游景区外宣的翻译规范,为旅游景区的旅游翻译实践活动提供可行性参考。

The current tourism translation , especially the translation of scenic spots , can′t offer efficient guidance for the tourism practice with the lack of agreed norms .It focused on the analysis of inappropriate translation and their causes of Tianzhushan geopark in this paper in the aspects of its English website ,in-troduction and English signs ,with the method of applying "parallel texts"comparison and borrowing the theory of translation norms .The analysis is aimed to set up some norms on the external propaganda of the scenic spots ,hoping to offer some guidance for the tourism practice .

通过针刺董氏奇穴配合刺血法治疗急性腰扭伤,探讨其临床推广价值?方法:依次针刺二角明穴?中白穴,?腰部阿是穴用三棱针点刺放血后拔以火罐,天柱穴点刺放血结果:36例患者中,治愈31例,好转者5例,总有效率达100%?结论:针刺董氏奇穴配合刺血法治疗急性腰扭伤效果显著,治愈率高,值得临床推广?

Objective:Through acupuncture Dongshi Qi points plus bloodletting method on treating acute lumbar sprain to explore the clinical value of it. Methods: Followed by using three edged needle acupuncture bloodletting on Erjiaoming point, Zhongbai point, waist Ashi point, and given cupping jar after acupuncture. Tianzhu point was given acupuncture bloodletting. Results:In 36 patients, 31 cases were cured, improved in 5 cases, the total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion: Acupuncture Dongshi Qi points plus bloodletting method is effective on treating acute lumbar sprain, with high cure rate, worthy of promotion.
