目的:通过体外实验,探讨拳卷地钱总黄酮提取物抗乙肝病毒的作用。方法:将拳卷地钱总黄酮提取物作用于HBV-DNA转染细胞系2.2.15细胞,通过检测细胞培养液中HBsAg、HBeAg的变化来评价拳卷地钱总黄酮提取物抗乙肝病毒的效果及其可能的药理活性部位。结果:当拳卷地钱总黄酮提取物的最大无毒浓度为31.3μg·mL-1,对2.2.15细胞HBeAg、HBsAg分泌抑制率分别为51.56%、39.69%;治疗指数(TI)〉2。结论:在2.2.15细胞无毒浓度下,拳卷地钱总黄酮对2.2.15细胞HBsAg、HBeAg分泌具有比较好的抑制作用;且可以有效阻止HBV-DNA表达和复制。提示:拳卷地钱总黄酮提取物在体外有一定的抗乙肝病毒作用。
Objective: To estimate the anti-HBV effect of the total flavonoids of Marchahtia convoluta. Method: Using the total flavonoids of Marchahtia convoluta to treat 2.2.15 cells in vitro. Result: When the Marchahtia convoluta extracts concentration was 31.3μg·mL-1, the inhibitory rate to HBeAg was 51.56%, HbsAg was 39.69%, Therapeutic Index (TI)>2. Conclusion:The total flavonoids of Marchahtia convoluta had inhibition to HBeAg, HBsAg and HBV-DNA under nontoxic concentration. Marchahtia convoluta is effective in inhibiting HBV replication in vitro.

Aim:To study the effect of selaginella Tamariscina ( Beauv .) spring flavonoids on mouse central nervous system.Methods:The mice freedom movement , coordinate motion and harmonious movement drop asleep persistent times after giving pentobarbitale sodium were observed by methods animal behaviour observation .Results:The mice freedom movement can be reduce with the time in the three doses and especially for the high dose , it has a significant decrease in the mice freedom movement(Fgroup =9.819,Ftime =4.480,Fintercross =2.489, P 0.05).Conclusion:Selaginella Tamariscina(Beauv.) spring flavonoids of high dose has a sedation in mice .

卷叶黄精是百合科黄精属多年生濒危藏药材草本植物。本研究采用标准样地法对林芝地区(墨脱县外)11个地点的卷叶黄精资源进行实地调查,结果表明:(1)不同地点卷叶黄精全株平均生物量的排序为,工布江达金达朗县洞嘎波密古玉波密扎木朗县金东察隅南山米林扎贡林芝通麦波密巴卡波密岗乡波密中坝,其中地下部分生物量与全株生物量的相关性紧密。(2)卷叶黄精生物量总体上随海拔升高呈先增后减再增的趋势,即呈双峰型,但地上部分与地下部分的比值随海拔升高呈现出无规则型变化。(3)林芝地区各县卷叶黄精蕴藏量的排序是,工布江达县朗县米林县波密县察隅县林芝县,蕴藏量最多的工布江达县为633.154 t,占总量的55.834%,最少的林芝县为42.859 t,仅占总量的3.779%。(4)林芝地区卷叶黄精资源具有分布广泛但不均匀的特点。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-tumor activity of different compounds from medicinal plants Selaginella labordei and to elucidate the mechanism. METHODS Experiments were operated in Bel-7402 cell The morphological change of the cells was observed by microscope. MTT assay was used to evaluate the effect of each group compounds on inhibiting cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was used to detect cell apoptosis. RESULTS Experiment results showed that some bisflavones of Selaginella labordei had relatively stronger activities, which depended on dose and acting time. Flow cytometry further con-firmed that inducing cell apoptosis was one of anti-tumor mechanisms. CONCLUSION Some bisflavones from Selaginella labordei have strong action on inhibiting cancer cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis.

Six strains of fungi were isolated from sick Timca tinca L. Three strains screened out from them were named as strain one,strain two and strain three and identified by morphological feature and molecular biology. The results showed that strain one was P. atramentosum Thom. Strain two was P.chrysogenum Thom. Strain three was M.circinelloides Van Tiegh. The optimal temperature was 25~30℃ and optimal pH was meutral or partial acidity.

To improve the palatability of golden buckwheat tea,a single factor experiment and an orthogonal experiment was conducted to study the effects of water content of withering leaves, fermentation temperature and fermentation time on the golden buckwheat fermented tea.The results showed that the optimal conditions of golden buckwheat fermented tea included water content of withering leaves of 70%,rolling for 90 min,fermenting at 30℃ for 29 h.Under these conditions,the gold buckwheat fermented tea had the best quality such as strip rope tight volume,color zeu-run,orange and bright soup, and mellow taste. The flavonoid content and GABA content was 8.14% and 1.96‰respectively.

Objective To analyze the experience of Yang Boliang for the treatment of exogenous diseases. Methods The prescriptions for exogenous diseases that used by Yang Boliang were collected to build a database, and analyzed by the unsupervised data mining methods, such as apriori algorithm, entropy Clustering complex systems. Results The most frequently used drugs were tuckahoe, stir-baked fructus gardenia, rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, radix curcumae, radix scutellariae, tetrapanacis medulla, poria cocos, caulis bambusae in taenian, lobster sauce, bitter almond, poria with hostood, fructus forsythiae and so on. The core drug combinations were “fructus forsythia- burdock- lobster sauce”, “semen sojae germinatum- radix liquiritiae-talcum- poria with hostood”, “bitter almond- balloon flower- mulberry leaf”, and so on. Conclusion Yang Boliang treated exogenous diseases by using the drugs with relieving superficies by cooling, dispelling dampness and promoting dieresis.

As a provincial tree, the camphor tree, Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl, has been planted throughout the Jiangxi Province for many years, and the trend of pests occurring in this kind of trees is rising. Based on the early data and literatures, this paper showed that there were totally 179 pest species occurring in camphor trees, including 26 species of key pests (accounted for 14.5%), 23 species of sub-key pests (accounted for 12.8%), and 130 species of non-key pests (accounted for 72.6%). The key defoliators were Mesoneura rufonota, Cnidocampa flavescens, Latoia lepida, Latoia consocia, Philosamia Cynthia, Cerace stipatana, Orthaga olivacea and so on. In order to solve the serious shape problem of brass plate by Mino six roll UC mill. The factors for poor shape, high roll bending force and high work hardening of C2680 sheet with width of 650 mm are analyzed. The results show that the shape of wide brass sheet can be dramatically improved by controlling rollers precision, in-termediate rolls position and rolling process. Controlling the rollers precision is applied to guarantee the eccen-tricity ratio to be lower than 0.01mm. The value of intermediate rolls position is about two times as processing rate, which ensure the hardness of raw materials to be lower than 70 HV. The deformation resistance can be de-creased by improving the quality of shape of brass sheet and eliminating work hardening imprints.
