目的:观察苏地黄汤治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭( chronic renal fcilure,CRF)的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的68例CRF患者在基础治疗同时予以自拟苏地黄汤口服,观察治疗前后患者尿素氮、肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、血红蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量变化情况。结果:68例患者中显效43例,稳定14例,无效11例,有效率为83.80%。治疗后尿素氮、肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、24 h尿蛋白定量等指标均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:苏地黄汤能有效改善早中期CRF患者肾功能水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Suye Dihuang Tand(苏叶地黄汤)in the treatment of early and middle stage of chronic renal failure( CRF). Methods:68 cases of CRF patients were given Suye Dihuang Tang based on the basic treatment. Observed of patients before and after treatment with urea nitrogen( BUN),creatinine( Scr),creatinine clearance rate( Ccr),hemoglobin( Hb),24 hour urinary protein quantitative change. Results:43 patients with excellent,stable in 14 cases,invalid in 11 cases,efficiency of 83. 8%. BUN,Scr,Ccr,Hb,24 hour urinary protein quantitative indexes were improved obviously after treatment,there were differences compared with those before treatment of statistical significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Suye Dihuang Tang can improve renal function in patients with CRF levels in the early and middle.
对连香树一年生实生苗一个展时期内的单生长动态及其绿素含量相关性进行了研究,结果表明,单叶叶面积增加持续时间为22 d,平均增长幅度1.98 cm2/d,长、宽、柄长、绿素含量、成熟面积的发育趋势为8月份7月份6月份,展速率在展期间呈现波动变化,最高每天达41.4%。成熟面积越大,其展速率越慢。对展速率与长、宽、柄长、面积、绿素含量的相关分析显示,在P=0.01水平上,展速率与长、宽、柄长、面积、绿素含量呈极显著负相关,面积与长、宽、柄长、绿素含量呈极显著正相关。面积与生长时间的关系符合S型曲线模型。
Dynamic comparation of single leaf in fast-growing period and their correlation of chlorophyll content of Cercidiphyllum japonicum of one year old seedlings was studied,including the indexes of leaf length,leaf width,petiole length, leaf area,leaf thickness and chlorophyll content . The results showed that the increasing duration of average leaf area was 22 d . In order to explore the plastid pigment difference of different periods and different leaf position in the late growth stage of tobacco with great aroma in southern Hunan, the pigments content changes and correlation of chlorophyll content and SPAD value on the upper, middle and lower leaves were studied at topping stage, after topping 10 days and 20 days of YY87. The results showed that the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents in different leaf positions at the same period were:upper leaf > middle leaf > lower leaves, except that the difference of upper leaves and middle leaves at topping stage was not significant, differences between different leaf position were extremely significant, and the change trend of chlorophyll content on the same leaf position at different period was:the lower leaves decreased gradually after topping stage, middle leaf raised slightly after the reduction significantly and upper leaves increased first and then de-creased, the change of

In order to promote the utilization value of corn stalk , it is necessary to separate corn stalk into rind , pith and leaf .Therefore , the key mechanism-leaf-stripping mechanism , was designed and experimented in the paper .Four major factors that influence stripping efficiency of the leaf-stripping device-feeding speed , rotational speed of leaf-stripping roll, clearance and included angle between two plates , were chosen as experimental factors , and leaf-stripping percent was decided as the evaluation index .Meanwhile , quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design was adopt-ed.Considering above impacts, the optimal parameters in the experiment were as following: feeding speed 1m/s, rota-tional speed of leaf-stripping roll 1000r/min, clearance between two plates 24mm, included angle 15°.

An experimental method was put forward to obtain the inlet flow parameters of the rotor-stator blade by installing the adjustable guide vane ( AGV) before the stator blade .Nu-merical computation was carried out to verify the experimental method as well as to analyze the aerodynamic characteristic of the stator blade .Results show that the experimental method can ensure the stator inlet flow parameter according with that in the fan stage .The design of the AGV is reasonable .Inlet flow Mach number has a great influence on the stator flow dis-tribution from 20%span to 60%span of the blade .Especial-ly at the 40%span, the flow structure and parameters are in-fluenced by the Mach number significantly .

The species,ornamental period and leaf color series of color-leafed trees utilized in horticulture within 6 climatic regions of Shanxi were surveyed.The result showed that 1 )there were 69 species which be-longed to 29 genus and 23 families.And most of them were from Aceraceae ,Rosaceae and Anacardiaceae .There were 6 spring color leaf species,41 autumn color leaf species and 22 regular-color leaf species which accounted for 8.7%,59.4% and 31.9% respectively;2)the species from warm temperate zone were the most and it was the least for cold temperate zone;3)there were 44 species of red-leaf trees (accounted for 66%)and the species of yellow-leaf trees and other accounted for 25% and 9% respectively.
