以蔗糖与甘油和环氧丙烷为起始剂合成蔗糖型聚醚多元醇,再将木薯淀粉与蔗糖型聚醚多元醇得到预聚体后,与二异氰酸酯发生聚合反应得到氨酯泡沫塑料。分别采用GPC、IR、HNMR、SEM、DSC、TG、XRD等测试手段分析产品的结构和性能,结果表明蔗糖型聚醚具有较高的羟值、较好的分子量分布和较高的反应活性。淀粉改性聚氨酯泡沫为共聚物,是一种无定型非晶态结构,淀粉的配比含量对泡沫结构性能有着直接影响。
A sucrose-containing polyether polyol was synthesized from sucrose,glycerol and oxypropane. It used to react with Cassava Starch, then that it added diisocyanates to synthesize polyurethane foams. The method of GPC, IR, HNMR, SEM, DSC, TG, XRD were used to analyze the structure and properties of sucrose-containing polyether polyol and the starch modified polyurethane foams. The result showed that sucrose-containing polyether polyol had high hydroxyl value, evenly molecular weight distribution and high reactivity, and that the starch modified polyurethane foams were amorphous copolymers which structure and properties was influenced by added amount of cassava starch.
