The structure and properties of aviation lubricant base oil synthesized from ester were analyzed, and the structural difference between double-ester and polyol-ester was mainly studied. The results show that, because there are active hydrogen atoms onβ-carbon atoms at the end of alcohol of double-ester, butβ-carbon atoms at the similar place in polyol-ester have been replaced by alkyl hydroxyl group, so the chemical stability of polyol-ester is strengthened, and it will have higher decomposition temperature as well as better thermal oxidant stability than those of the double-ester.

The polycaprolactone polyols were preparaed by ε-caprolactone ring-opening polymerization using ethylene glycol, trimethylolpropane, pentaerythritol as the initiators. The factors of reaction temperature, time and catalyst on synthesis reaction were studied and polycaprolactone polyols were characterized by IR, hydroxyl value ti-tration and GPC. The results showed that products were ideal polycaprolactone polyols which the anhydrous zinc ac-etate in an amount of 0?2% mole fraction of caprolactone monomer as catalyst, reaction temperature 120℃ and the reaction time 3~4 h. Relative molecular mass was consistent with the design value. The target products had a nar-row relatively molecular weight distribution and low cost.

In this paper, the heat-resistance of one-component polyurethane sealant were studied. It was tested that the influence of polyether polyol, chain extender, antioxidant and isocyanates trimerization on the heat-resistance of one-component polyurethane sealant. Increase the molecular weight and the degree of crosslinking, add antioxidant and isocyanates trimerization could improve the heat-resistance, it will give the sealant cured excellent mechanical properties at higher temperature.

A new kind of preparation method of two-component polyurethane adhesive of artificial grass was in-troduced, the main raw materials were polyether polyol and isocyanate, and MOCA as the chain extender. Influ-ence of mass ratio of different polyethers, chain extender dosage, mass ratio of isocyanates and isocyanate index on the operation time, debonding time and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the operation time,debonding time and comprehensive mechanical properties were the best when the isocyanate index was 0?99, mass fraction of MN-3050 and DL-1000 was 80 and 20 in group A, the mass of MOCA was 4 portions in component A, the mass ratio of MDI-50 and PM-200 in component B was 1∶1 and the mixtured mass ratio of component A and B was 2∶1 .

The two-component polyurethane expansion joint were synthesized by the method of prepolymer based on mixed polyether polyols, diisocyanate and composite chain extenders. The effects of the type of isocya-nate,the percentage of NCO in prepolymer and the type of polyether polyols were discussed. The results showed that the properties of the obtained polyurethane expansion joint were excellent when raw materials were MDI-3051 , homemade polyether and the NCO content was 6%, while tensile-strength was 1.87 MPa, the elongation at break was 983% and the bond strength was 1.2 MPa. The expansion joint meets technical specification for concrete bridge deck of special passenger railway lines.

A sucrose-containing polyether polyol was synthesized from sucrose,glycerol and oxypropane. It used to react with Cassava Starch, then that it added diisocyanates to synthesize polyurethane foams. The method of GPC, IR, HNMR, SEM, DSC, TG, XRD were used to analyze the structure and properties of sucrose-containing polyether polyol and the starch modified polyurethane foams. The result showed that sucrose-containing polyether polyol had high hydroxyl value, evenly molecular weight distribution and high reactivity, and that the starch modified polyurethane foams were amorphous copolymers which structure and properties was influenced by added amount of cassava starch.
