随着我国经济转型的不断推进,城市旅游业也必须加快调整旅游发展思路,实现转型升级新发展。如何有效发挥竞争优势,规避劣势,实现旅游产品升级换代和旅游经济再创新高,是城市旅游业转型发展需重点研究的内容之一。笔者以江苏省为例,以统计资料为依据构建城市旅游竞争力评价指标体系,同时运用SPSS主成分分析法和ARCGIS对江苏省城市旅游竞争力进行客观评价和空间展示,在明确各地级市发展优劣势的基础上,对其未来的城市旅游转型升级提出相应的发展思路与对策。研究发现,苏州、南京、无锡属成熟型城市旅游目的地,旅游竞争力最好,未来应逐步实现“观光度假游”向“文化休闲游”的转变;常州、镇江、南通、扬州和徐州5城市属于待提升型城市旅游目的地,旅游竞争力较强,未来应逐步实现“景点旅游”向“城市旅游”的转变;泰州、连云港、淮安、盐城和宿迁5城市旅游竞争力较弱,属于待开发型城市旅游目的地,未来应重点实现旅游资源资本化,积极拓宽融资渠道,为发展城市旅游业积累资金。
The urban tourism should change development strategies as the continuous progress of the economictransformation.Based on statistical materials,this paper establishes an index system of urban tourism competitivepower,and compares the competitiveness of 13 cities in Jiangsu province with the help of PCA.The software ofArcgis is used for plotting the spatial disparity map of the urban tourism competitiveness in Jiangsu province.It isrevealed that 13 cities of Jiangsu province are divided into 3 classes.The cities of Suzhou,Nanjing and Wuxi,whichbelong to the most competitive one,should transform from the sightseeing tour to the leisure culture tour.The citiesof Changzhou,Zhenjiang,Nantong,Yangzhou and Xuzhou,which perform better,should transform from the scenic—spot tour to the urban tourism.The cities of Taizhou,Lianyungang,Huai’an,Yancheng and Suqian compete poorly,and should focus on the tourism resource capitalization at the first stage.
