目的探讨硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗复发性细菌性阴道病的临床效果。方法选择复发性细菌性阴道病患者100例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各50例。研究组给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,对照组给予乳酸菌活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后14 d和30 d,研究组有效率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.01 ）。研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.01 ）。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗复发性细菌性阴道病疗效显著，副作用少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of Nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules for Recurrent bacterial vaginal disease. Methods Selected 100 cases with recurrent bacterial vaginal disease were divided into study group and control group.Study group was treated by Nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules,and control group was treated by viable organism lactobacillus capsule.Clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after treatment. Results Fourteen days and thirty days after treatment,effective rates of study group were obviously higher than control group,and there were significant difference(P < 0.01).Adverse reaction of study group was lower than control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion Nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules for recurrent bacterial vaginal disease shows better clinical efficacy,and worthy of clinical usage.

研究硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:研究120例阴道炎患者,按照随机对照原则,分为对照组、观察组,每组60例。对照组给予麦咪康帕阴道栓;观察组给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊,阴道给药,1粒/晚。持续用药6 d后,观察两组外阴瘙痒、疼痛、灼热等症状有无改善,阴道分泌物是否恢复正常,阴道有无充血、出血点;妇科检查中阴道分泌物镜检阴性还是阳性、病原体阴性还是阳性;同时观察是否出现不良反应。结果:用药6天后,观察组总有效率98.33%、对照组总有效率91.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗期间及用药结束后复查,均未出现不良反应。结论:硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效显著、安全性较好,值得临床广泛推广使用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods:120 cases with vaginitis were studied.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each according to the randomized controlled principle.The control group were given macmiror complex vaginal suppository.The observation group were given nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules,medicated vaginal suppository,one grain one night, continuous administration for 6 days.We observed that whether the vulvar itching,pain,scorching hot and other symptoms of two groups had improved,whether the vaginal secretion returned to normal,whether the vagina had congestion and hemorrhagic spot.In the gynecologic examination,microscopic examination of the vaginal secretions were negative or positive;the causative agents were negative or positive.The adverse reactions were observed.Results:After 6 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the obse

目的探讨国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法选择2013年5月~2014年3月本院治疗的156例于阴道炎患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各78例。观察组采用国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,6 d为1个疗程。对照组用达克宁栓治疗,7 d为1个疗程。比较两组的总有效率及复发率。结果观察组疗效总有效率为97.44%,复发率为3.85%,对照组为88.46%、15.38%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论用国产硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果显著,能显著提高临床治疗总有效率,降低疾病复发率,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。
