本研究系统梳理了自我效能感、职业自我效能感以及职业决策自我效能感等概念和理论,并对国内外关于职业决策自我效能感的相关研究成果进行梳理。本研究以盘锦职业技术学院一、二年级558名高职生为研究对象,通过"大学生职业决策自我效能"量表对高职学生的职业决策自我效能感的现状进行了调查,本研究中笔者只设计了性别、年级以及生源等3个变量,并研究这些变量对高职学生职业决策自我效能感的差异影响。
This study systematically reviews the occupation self-efficacy, self-efficacy and occupation decision-makingself-efficacy concept and theory, at home and abroad on occupation decision-making self-efficacy research achievements. In this study, one or two grade 558 students of Panjin Vocational and Technical College as the research object, through the"university student occupation decision making self efficacy scale"status occupation decision for Higher Vocational Students'' self-efficacy were investigated, in this research the author designs gender, grade and students of 3 variables, and to study the effect of these variables on the difference occupation decision of Vocational College Students'' self-efficacy.

Questionnaire was used in this study on vocational colleges, students. The professional values question- naire and career decision - cupational values of college making self - efficacy questionnaire is selected to study the relationship between the ocstudents with career decision making self - efficacy. The research results show that the professional values have significant differences of different grade and different gender students; the professional values of sophomore are higher than those of the freshman; male students career decision - making self - efficacy is higher than female students. The both have significant positive correlation.

339 college graduates completed the Proactive Personality Scale, Career Decision Making Self-efficacy (CDMSE) Scale and Self-monitoring Scale, in order to explore the relations between proactive personality, CDMSE and self-monitoring. The results indicated that: 1) Self-mornitoring was positively related with proactive personali-ty in College Graduates; 2) Proactive personality and self-monitoring were significantly positively related with CDMSE and its five dimensions; 3) Proactive personality predicted CDMSE significantly and positively, accounted for 34%of the total variance of CDMSE, self-monitoring predicted CDMSE positively, accounted for 2% of the total variance of CDMSE.

By using random sampling method,367 college students were surveyed for features of occupation deci-sion difficulty and the relationship between occupation career decision-making difficulty and general self-efficacy. The results show that,with respects to occupation decision difficulty,college students had higher scores in the lack of occupation information,hesitating decision-making and internal conflict.The school girls took higher difficulty level of internal conflict,hesitating decision-making and the lack of occupation information than school boys.The lack of occupation information,the information about self,and the ways of obtaining the occupation information, and hesitating decision-making were negatively related with general self-efficacy,whereas no reliable information was positively related with general self-efficacy.

The authors of this paper used basic information questionnaires containing career decision-making self-efficacy scale,hope and self-respect scale to investigate 240 vocational students. The results show that:(1)self-efficacies of the vocational students in career decision-making are in the middle level;( 2 )Vocational students'' career decision-making process has the obvious differences not only in the gender and place of birth,but also in the number of children in the family and the working experience;(3)Career decision-making self-efficacy have significant and widespread positive correlation with the characteristics of hope including the way of thinking,will power and self-esteem;(4)Vocational students'' self-esteem and hope qualities can be a good predictor for their career decision-making self-efficacy.

In order to investigate the effect of group counseling on impoverished college students'' career decision-making self-effi-cacy, this research makes a study on group counseling training for seven weeks. The results show that the total score of career deci-sion-making self-efficacy and the score of self-evaluation, choice of targets, the value of planning, problem solving for the experimental group are significantly higher than the pre-experi-ment (p<.05), and it shows that the group counseling can im-prove college students'' career decision-making self-efficacy.

Objective To explore the relationships among state anxiety ,career-selection self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulties .Methods Assessments were conducted with the State Anxiety Invento-ry (SAI) ,Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale (CDSMSE) and Career Decision-making Difficulty Questionnaire (CDDQ) in 440 college students of high grades .Results The SAI score of the students was significantly higher compared with college student norm (P<0 .01) ,their career-selection self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty level were not high .The SAI score was positively related to the CD-DQ significantly (R=0 .465~0 .685 , P< 0 .01) and the CDSMSE negatively to CDDQ (R= -0 .595~-0 .219 , P<0 .01) .Self-evaluation and plan-making of career-selection self-efficacy played partial media-tion between state anxiety and career decision-making difficulty (β= -0 .235 ,-0 .166 ,P<0 .05 or 0 .01) . Objective: investigate the status quo of career values and career decision-making self-efficacy of 90th college students as well as relations between both to provide reference to college students’ employment. Method:the questionnaire survey. Result: “post-90s” varied in gender, grade and major differs greatly in career values; those varied in grade and major differ in career decision-making elf-efficacy;those varied in gender have no prominent difference in it;there is the positive correlation between these two indexes. Conclusion: colleges need to solidify the career value education scientifically and provide the special group with career guidance, career plan courses and practical ability.
