Objective:To observe the effect of orbital implant shrink range on the stress distribution in bone-implant interface. Methods:The 3D finite element analysis of craniofacial and orbital implant models with the implant length of 3,4,6 and 10 mm,and with the shrink range of0.05,0.1 and 0.15 mm were established respectively.The stress in the bone-implant interface were calculat-ed and analyzed.Results:The stress increased with the increase of implant shrink range.The stress produced by the implant with 0.15 mm shrink range decreased.The stress of the implant of 10 mm was lower than that of other implants with the shrink range of 0.1 and 0.15 mm.Conclusion:The maximal implant shrink range of 0.1 mm in the model can meet the clinical requirements in orbital implant planning.

In the consequence,improving the lifting pressure of screw pump has important practical value.Interference is closely parameter related with the screw pump lifting pressure,numerical simulation methods is used to analyze the impact which interference quantity on lifting pressure. ANSYS12.0 is used to establish 3D finite element model of GLB120-27 type of screw pump,tak-ing half of the lead as the research object,obtained the critical contact pressure under different chamber pressure while interference for 0 .3 mm,then calculate the theoretical lifting pressure. With this method used in lifting pressure under different interference,the conclusion is made for curve and expression which lifting pressure varies with the change of the over interference quanti-ty,which provides theoretical basis for the optimization design of screw pumps.

The makeup torque and its composition of premium threaded connections are of great importance for improving mechanical and sealing integrity of tubing and casing. On the basis of analysis on typical makeup torque vs. turns curve, the theoretical calculation method of makeup torque for premium threaded connections has been established with the elasticity mechanics theory of thick-wall cylinder and rotary shoulder torque formula. The influences of different interferences and thread compound friction coefficient on the total torque and the ratio of torque acting on shoulder to total torque has also been investigated and the results show that the larger the interferences and thread compound friction coefficient,the higher the total makeup torque. Contact stress and pull-out stress formatted by piston and the valve seat directly affect the piston seal and friction wear performance .Problem of piston size selection is analyzed between different assembly interferences .Simulation results in-dicate that contact surface average mises stress of valve seat is about equal to yield strength of materials with interference in 0. 01 mm, while in conditions of interference in 0.02 mm and 0.03 mm, radial deformation of valve seat is obvious.Based on a-nalysis and considering mechanical properties of materials, unilateral interference between piston and seat would not exceed 0. 01 mm;when friction coefficient is defined as 0.05 and unilateral interference is set as 0.01 mm, output stress would be 892. 14 N, which is far less than hydraulic pressure arising from pull-out stress who would only be 300 N.Therefore, 0.01 mm u-nilateral interference can completely meet the use requirements .

On this basis,various stress nephograms were obtained by ABAQUS finite element analysis (FEA)under different over surplus quantities. Moreover aiming at impacting of the bushing cylinder with ring groove and without ring groove on assembly binding force,the FEA comparison was carried out,and the roles of the ring groove were analyzed. It provides reference for the structure design and over surplus quantity calculation of axial piston pump cylinder copper sleeve.
