Objective To study the effects of melatonin(MT) on activity of hypothalamic -pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis in depres-sion.Methods Major depression patients(n=86) were rolled for the study and assigned to be tested by MT ,corticotrophin releasing hormone(CRH),adrenocorticotrophin hormone (ACTH),cortisol(COR) and 17-items hamilton depression scale for analysis .Results Divided by the median of serum MT level (51.3ng/L),the patients who had higher MT level (>51.3ng/L) had significantly decreased level of CRH,ACTH,COR (t=3.330,3.315,2.314;P<0.01,0.01,0.05) than those who had lower MT level(<51.3ng/L,n=43). The serum level of MT was markedly related with CRH (r=-0.414,P<0.01) or ACTH(r=-0.329,P<0.05).Conclusion Melatonin may inhibit the activity of hypothalamic -pituitary-adrenal axis in patients with depression .

Long-term follow-up measurements were made to study the wheel tread wear and its influence to the running behavior of CRH3C EMUs operated on the Beijing-Tianjin Inter-city High-speed Railway Line .The re-sults showed that lateral car-body hunting unstability appeared after some wheels were profiled ,and the main reason was that the wheel tread profile conicity was too low . To solve such problems , the new series of thin flange wheel profiles were designed for CRH3C EMUs running on the Beijing-Tianjin Inter-city Railway Line . Three design principles were determined ,i.e. , to raise the equivalent wheel-rail profile conicity , to apply uni-form flange heights and to connect the flange root and tread contour by the high-order curve . Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of electroacupuncture of Baihui and Dazhui points on POCD rats ’HPA axis and cognitive function. Furthermore, we want to explore the mechanism of electroacupuncture therapy with hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis in POCD. [Methods]100 famale SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, electroacupuncture group and drug group. The model, electroacupuncture and drug groups were furtherly divided into 1 day group, 3 days group and 7 days group. The level of ACTH, CORT and CRH in blood serum was measured by enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay. The improvement of cognitive function in rats was detected by morris water maze. At present,according to the localization trend of high-speed EMU''s manufacturing technology,and under the premise of key technology digestion and absorption of CRH3,the door communication system network topology structure was studied,and then communication interfaces among the door control system,train control unit,diagnostic unit and brake control unit were designed through multifunction vehicle bus (MVB). The door control procedures were optimized,to ensure real time and reliable work of the door system in high speed dynamic operation environment. Though analyzing operation fault,the control logic between the train com-munication network and the door control system was optimized. Then the hidden trouble of safety was eliminated,and the safety and stability of train running at a high-speed dynamic operating environment were ensured.
