观察电针足里穴对失血性休克大鼠肠胶质细胞形态的影响,探讨电针足里穴治疗胃肠疾病的机制。方法:将18只SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和电针组,每组6只。按总血容量的45%放血制备失血性休克模型。电针组于制模完成后10 min电针足里穴(持续刺激1.5 h,2~100 Hz,2 mA);模型组同样方法电针非经非穴;假手术组只分离股动、静脉不放血。失血后6 h后处死大鼠,取肠道组织制作肠肌间神经丛全层铺片,采用免疫荧光法进行肠胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)染色,荧光显微镜下观察肠胶质细胞形态,同时对肠道GFAP蛋白含量进行WesternBlot测定。结果:失血后6 h,肠胶质细胞出现形态学异常,细胞变形并且荧光增强,突触模糊、中断;电针足里穴能减轻肠胶质细胞形态学异常,增加荧光强度。与假手术组相比,模型组GFAP表达量增加,但电针足里穴后GFAP的表达量增加更为显著(P0.05)。结论:大鼠失血性休克后电针足里穴能激活并保护肠胶质细胞。
Objective:To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture of Zusanli point (足三里穴)on enteric glial cells of the rats after hemorrhagic shock,and inquire into the mechanism of electro-acupuncture of Zusanli points in treating gastrointestinal disease. Methods:Eighteen male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=6):sham operation group,model group,and electro-acupuncture group. Hemorrhagic shock was replicated by withdrawing 45% of the calculated total blood volume. Rats in electro-acupuncture group received electro-acu-puncture at Zusanli points (ST36)10 minutes after blood loss (electro-acupunctured for 1.5 hours,2-100 Hz, 2 mA). Electro-acupuncture at non-channel acupoints was performed in rats of model group. Rats in sham opera-tion group did not suffer from blood loss. On the basis of Xushen''s theory of liu-shu六书(six types of character formation),Tang Lan proposed his theory of san-shu三书(three types of character formation),i. e. xiang-xing象形(picto-graph),xiang-yi象意(ideograph),and xing-sheng形声(phone-semantic compound). Later,Qiu Xigui put forward his neo-sanshu theory which identifies the following three types of character formation in written Chinese language:biao-yi表意(ideogram),jia-jie假借(phonetic loan character)and xing-sheng形声(phone-semantic compound). However,both types of san-shu theory reduce“meaning”to a lower-level concept and undervalue the element of“image”in Chinese characters. Zhonghua Taoism Classics Collection is the systemic revision for Taoist scriptures in recent five hundred years, which provides an authoritative version for academia. Zhonghua Taoism Classics Collection was finished by many researchers, so there were some misinterpretation of text collation and sentence segmentation. We used a combined methods of philology, scholium and grammar to correct some mistakes. “Xiang( )” is the wrong form of“Xiang( )”,“Xiang( )”is the common word of“Xiang(祥)”. The sentence of“三官遣考,召君史潜守门户”can’t be separated by a comma. “Shi(史)” is the wrong form of “Li(吏)”. “Lin(恡)” is the right form of “Guai(怪)” in the sentence of “动生怨怪”, which is the common word of “Lin(悋)”. The sentence of “吏兵、管护者哉” can’t be separated by a slight pause mark. “Yi(已)” is the wrong form of “Ji(己)” in the sentence of “不欲人在已先病者”.“Yin(寅)”is the similar wrong form of“Rou(肉)”.
