目的：探讨护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用价值。方法：针对我院普外科护理工作进行分析研究，选取2012年度实施陈旧的护理模式为对照组，而2013年度实施护理风险管理为观察组，比较两组时间内的患者满意度、护士考核优秀率、护理质量、护理差错发生率等。结果：观察组患者在普外科病房中实施护理风险管理后，护士考核优秀率、护理质量、患者满意度以及护理差错发生率均明显优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：对于普外科护理工作中的实施有效的护理风险管理措施明显的提高普外科整体护理质量，值得在普外科广泛实施。
Objective: To explore the application value of nursing risk management inDepartment of general surgery in a hospital room. 目的探讨护理继续教育工作手册在外科护理继续教育培训中的应用效果。方法设计护理继续教育手册并在外科继续培训中应用。比较应用前后两组外科护士继续教育培训覆盖率及护理理论考试、技能考核合格率情况。结果应用前后外科护士继续教育培训覆盖率由94.59%上升到100.00%,护理理论考试合格率由87.57%上升到94.21%;护理技能考核合格率由90.27%上升到96.14%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论应用护理继续教育工作手册可提高外科护理继续教育覆盖率及培训效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of continued nursing education manual on surgical nursing education.Methods A continued nursing education manual was designed and applied to surgical nursing education.The effects were assessed by comparing the nursing training results before and after intervention by the manual in terms of nursing theory test,nursing techniques test.Results After the application of manual,the training coverage rate increased from 94.59%to 100.00%(P<0.05),the pass rate of theory test increased from 87.57%to 94.21%(P<0.05),and the pass rate of nursing skills test increased from 90.27%to 96.14%(P<0.05). Conclusion The continued nursing education manual is effective in improving the educational effect of surgical nursing.

目的：分析讨论普外科患儿手术后发生院内感染与手术室护理中的因素的关系。方法总结防范普外科儿童手术患儿发生院内感染的护理措施。结果开展防范院内感染的护理方法后院内感染发生率明显降低，护理质量显著提高，与之前护理工作相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论做好手术室护理护理管理工作，能够大大降低普外科患儿的院内感染发生率，改善护理工作质量。
Objective to analyze and discuss the relationship of children patients with nosocomial infection and nursing factors in the operating room after general surgery procedures. Methods: surgical care measures for children were summarized to prevent of nosocomial infection.Results after providing care methods for preventing nosocomial infection,the incidence of nosocomial infections was signiifcantly reduced and the quality of care improved signiifcantly, compared with the previous nursing showing a significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion With good supervision of nursing care in operating room, nosocomial infection rate in general surgery can be greatly reduced and the quality of care can be improved.
