目的：观察劲润牙本质保护膜对瓷贴面牙体预备后的牙过敏及固位力的影响。方法将82颗前牙在粘接瓷贴面之前随机分成2组，实验组基牙预备后涂布劲润牙本质保护膜后光固化树脂水门汀粘接，对照组直接光固化树脂水门汀粘接，于2年后复诊，详细记录修复体的完整性、边缘密和性及基牙的敏感性。结果2组在修复体的完整性及边缘密和性差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。2组基牙的敏感性比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论涂布劲润牙本质保护膜后在减少全瓷贴面预备后基牙牙本质敏感的同时，对瓷贴面的固位力无影响。

Objective To observe the anaphylaxis and retention influence to the porcelain laminate veneer prepared teeth with jetline dentin protective film. Methods 82 front teeth were divided into two groups at random before bonding to the porcelain laminate veneer. After the preparation, teeth in experimental group coating jetline dentin protective iflm before bonding by light cured resin cement, and the teeth in control group bonding by light cured resin cement directly, were examined after 2 years to record the completeness of the restored teeth, the edge adaptation and the sensitivity of the target teeth. Results The comparison of two groups in the completeness of the restored teeth and the edge adaptation had no statistical signiifcance (P>0.05). The comparison of two groups in the sensitivity of the target teeth had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). conclusion There’s a decrease on the sensitivity of the target teeth and no inlfuence on the bond with the porcelain laminate vene

目的评价EMAX瓷贴面修复无法关闭的前牙间隙18个月后的临床效果。方法选取76例前牙间隙过宽的患者,用165颗EMAX瓷贴面对其修复,粘接后分别于第2周、6、12、18个月进行复查并登记其修复体完整度、边缘适合度、牙龈健康状况、牙敏感症状、颜色匹配、邻边缘变色和继发龋情况。结果 165颗EMAX瓷贴面在18个月复查时全部成功修复,贴面完整存在,边缘适合度良好,无牙龈炎症,颜色协调匹配良好,无牙敏感症状、无继发龋、无邻边缘变色。结论 EMAX瓷贴面对前牙间隙修复效果较满意,在基牙预备时应注意避免过度刺激,以防牙龈炎症的发生。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of EMAX porcelain veneer for restoration of anterior tooth gap after 18 months. Methods Seventy-six patients with a anterior tooth gap was repaired with 165 EMAX por-celain veneers. After two weeks, 6, 12, 18 months, the integrity, marginal fit, gingival health, tooth sensitivity symp-toms, color matching, neighborhood edge discoloration and secondary caries were evaluated. Results All the 165 EMAX porcelain veneers were successfully repaired after 18 months, with excellent integrity, good marginal fit, and matched color coordination. No gingival inflammation, teeth sensitivity symptoms, secondary caries, neighbors edge dis-coloration were found. Conclusion EMAX porcelain veneers have satisfactory results for restoration of anterior tooth gap. It should be noted to avoid over-stimulation at the abutment preparation, in order to prevent gingival inflammation.

目的 探讨采用IPS e.max HT热压铸造陶瓷制作前牙超薄瓷贴面的临床美学修复效果.方法 选择要求进行前牙美学修复的患者12例,共62个牙齿,用直径1 mm球状车针在牙齿唇侧中部及切端标记出0.5 mm深度的凹槽,颈部采用0.3 mm浅凹形肩台设计的牙体预备.选择合适颜色的IPS e.max HT瓷块,热压铸造成厚度为0.3～0.5 mm超薄瓷贴面,经口内试戴、修形后,在位进行特殊的艺术化染色处理,采用Variolink Veneer树脂粘固剂粘结超薄瓷贴面,并根据改良的美国公共卫生署评价标准(USPHS)评价临床美学修复效果.结果 超薄瓷贴面半透性极佳,边缘完整性好,能够吸收牙龈和邻牙的色泽而产生良好的“变色龙”作用.经半年至3年的使用后,瓷贴面边缘无着色,未发生瓷体折裂和脱落现象.结论 采用IPS e.max HT热压铸造陶瓷制作超薄瓷贴面,具有制作简单、修复体强度高、磨除牙体组织少、美观效果好的特点,特别适用于氟斑牙、轻度四环素牙、自然磨耗牙齿的美学修复.

Objective To investigate the esthetic effect of anterior ultra-thin veneers which were fabricated from heat pressed IPS e.max press ingots of high translucency.Methods The whole 62 anterior teeth of 12 patients,who wanted to receive aesthetic restorative treatment,were invloved in the study.Grooves with 0.5 mm depth were marked at the center of the labial face by the use of spherical diamond burs with 1 mm in diameter.At the cervix of the teeth,the design of 0.3 mm shallow concave shoulder was adopted.IPS e.max HT ingots of different color were chosen to be hotpressed; the straining technique was used on the marginal ridge and incisor ridge of the ultra thin veneers after they had been carefully trimmed.Subsequently,the restorations were bonded with Variolink Veneer resin cement.After a short-term follow-up for 3 years,a modified USPHS criterion was used to evaluate the esthetic effect.Results The thickness of the ultra-thin veneers fabricated by heat pressing was 0.3-0.5 mm,marginal i
