目的了解定陶县桶装饮用水指标合格率,分析其饮用水安全性,针对原因,采取改进措施,提高桶装水的卫生质量。方法按国家标准方法对桶装饮用水进行微生物指标和理化指标测定;并将非正规厂家和正规厂家的桶装水质量相比较。结果 96份桶装饮用水合格率为70%,29份不合格水样中,28份菌落总数超标,11份电导率超标,5份氯化物不合格,4份锌不合格,其他指标全部合格;非正规厂家的不合格率(65%)明显高于正规厂家(21%),二者有非常显著差异性(P0.01),正规厂家饮用水质量明显优于前者。结论桶装饮用水菌落总数合格率较低,非正规厂家生产的合格率更低.本县桶装饮用水在生产等环节上存在处理不当或再污染问题,卫生质量不乐观,应引起有关部门和厂家的高度重视,加强监督与管理,同时提醒老百姓对桶装饮用水的重视。
Objective To investigate the Dingtao County bottled drinking water passing rate indicators, analysis of the safety of drinking water, according to the reasons, some improvement measures, and improve the hygienic quality of bottled water. Methods According to the national standard of bottled drinking water for the microbial indexes and physiochemical indexes determination;the quality of bottled water and non formal manufacturers and formal manufacturers compared. 为了解顺德某学校饮用水微生物卫生质量状况,随机在30个直饮水机的温水出口及6个桶装水饮水机的冷水出口抽取了饮用水进行检测。检测结果显示,30个直饮水机温水出口的细菌菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母菌合格率均为100.0%;6个桶装水饮水机出口冷水根据不同开封时间和清洗状况,均出现不同程度的污染。对3个常用一线品牌桶装水开封后保质期研究发现,桶装水开封后保质期为2~3天。建议为确保师生饮用水安全,应完善饮用水安全管理制度,对饮用水进行定期检测,并加强饮用水卫生安全知识教育。
In order to survey the sanitary condition of drinking water in Shunde Polytechnic, samples of 30 direct drink-ing water dispensers and 6 barreled waters with drinking dispensers were tested. The testing result shows that the eligi-ble rate of Bacterial Colonies Number, Coli Group, Mold Colony and Yeast Colony of the 30 direct drinking water sam-ples are 100.0%. But 6 cold water fitting samples of barreled waters were contaminated to different degrees according to their open time and degree of cleanliness. Further study of quality guarantee period after opening of 3 brand barreled wa-ters shows that quality guarantee period after opening is 2~3 days. It is suggested that in order to guarantee the health of teachers and students, Water Safety Management system should be established, drinking water in the school should be tested at regular intervals, and knowledge on the safety of drinking water should be popularized.

研究饮水机铜内胆对饮用水中细菌的抑菌生物效应,并采用细菌平板计数法比较铜内胆和不锈钢内胆盛放饮用水中细菌含量随放置时间的变化关系。铜内胆的主要抗菌机理是铜表面能够缓慢释放二价铜离子进入细胞膜并破坏细菌的生物氧化过程。结果表明,铜内胆对饮用水的抑菌能力明显强于不锈钢内胆的抑菌能力,该结果为饮水机的改进、突破饮水机二次污染的瓶颈提供了参考,对保障饮用桶装水的安全具有十分重要的意义。
The antibacterial ability of copper inner container and stainless steel inner container in drinking water fountains by plate count method are studied. A comparison is made to study the changes of bacterial amounts in copper inner container and stainless steel inner container with increasing the storage time. The antibacterial mechanism of copper inner container is that copper ions are able to be slowly released from the surface of copper inner container and cross cell membrane to destroy the biological oxidation process of bacteria. Therefore, the antibacterial ability of copper inner container is much better than that of stainless steel inner container. This experimental result provides a useful strategy to improve the performance of drinking water fountains, and also plays important roles in ensuring the security of drinking water.
