In this study, the genetic parameters of main growth and carcass line in Hubei white swine high quality strain were analyzed by applying the method of Multi-trait animal model DFREML. The results showed that the heritabilidy evaluations of average daily gain(ADG), age at 90 kg body weight(AGE), back-fat(BF) up to 90 kg body weight and feed conversion ratio(FCR) were 0.42, 0.34, 0.22 and 0.48 respectively. Each traits presented certain litter effects and the ef-fects ranged from 0.09 to 0.31. The heritabilidy evaluations of live weight before slaughter, car-cass weight, dressing percentage, lean meat percentage, eye muscle area, back-fat between 6th and 7th lib, hind leg percentage, carcass straight length, skin thickness and eye muscle area were 0.13, 0.21, 0.32, 0.45, 0.67, 0.52, 0.48, 0.65, 0.72 and 0.32 respectively. The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary biochar including vine-gar liquid (BIOV) on growth performance and blood characteristics of weanling pigs. 60 barrows were allotted to 5 dietary treatments. Pigs in 1 group were fed with basal diets, and 2,3,4,5 groups were fed with oxytetracycline, 1%, 2%, and 3% BIOV respectively. The results of 14-d experi-ment showed that compared with control group, dietary 1% BIOV increased ADG by 8.55%(P 0.05). Dietary 1% BIOV significantly increased the lymphocyte ratio and IgG(P<0.05), also, it significantly reduced the concentration of BUN and cortisol. It is concluded that dietary 1% BIOV improves performance and has improvement on immune function and anti-stress. Dietary 3%BIOV might conduct negative effect on piglet.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of aflatoxins and absorbents on growth per-formance and immune indices of meat ducks, and to evaluate the efficacy of montmorillonite ( PCM) and yeast cell wall ( PCY) . A total of 360 one-day-old Cherry Valley male ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 ducks per replicate. The four diets formulated included a basal diet ( negative control group) , a contaminated diet ( positive control group) and two contaminated diets supplemented with 2 g/kg PCM or PCY. Of those, the contaminated diet was formulated by replacing common cottonseed meal with 8% naturally moldy one ( aflatoxins content 1 337.21μg/kg) on the equal nutrient level basis. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Aloe vera polysaccharide (AVP)on growth perfor-mance,serum biochemical indexes in weaned piglets.Seventy-two weaned piglets of (7.29 ± 0.52)kg body weight were randomly divided into three groups with four replicates of six each.The three groups were basal diet group (NC),basal di-et+0.1% AVP (AVP1),basal diet+250 mg/kg flavomycin (PC),respectively.The results showed as follows:Compared with control group,average daily gain (ADG)of AVP1 significantly increased (P < 0.01),the feed/gain of AVP1 significantly decreased (P < 0.05);the content of total protein and albumin and the activity of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) of AVP1 group significantly increased(P < 0.05),and the content of serum urea nitroge(SUN)significantly decreased(P < 0.05). The results indicated that AVP could improve growth performance of weaned piglets,and its effects was similar to flavomycin.

Objective:To design the human body Meridian impedance dynamic testing system, to make clear the response of the human body Meridian impedance in the low frequency range. Methods: The system uses STM32F103RBT6 as a controller to read and write AD5933 internal registers in order to control the impedance measurement. Outer join ADG711 analog switch in order to achieve different range. Select SGM4782 as dual analog switch to strobe A,B two channels. Join in the constant current source based on AD844 between AD5933''s Vout feet and Vin feet. Sample data is read into the PC via SD card.Results: The system can reflect the real-time impedance values and impedance curve under the sweep excitation from 1kHz to 128 kHz.Conclusion: The human body meridian dynamic impedance detection system based on AD5933 can accurately reflect meridian impedance information, and it can also be as a research tool to further defined meridian impedance characteristics.
