为了研究肿柄菊(Tithonia diversifolia)和胜红蓟(Ageratum conyzoides)的开发利用问题,用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取了2种植物精油,并用气质联用(GC-MS)技术进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:从2种入侵植物精油中共鉴定出66种化合物,2种植物精油中都能检测到3-己-1-、α-蒎、莰、β-蒎、α-松油、柠檬、异松油、α-胡椒、β-波旁、β-石竹、7-甲氧基-2,2-二甲基-2H-1-苯并吡喃、大香叶D、荜澄茄油烯醇、榄香、橙花叔、大香叶D-4-、石竹氧化物、库贝和Tau-杜松。2种入侵植物精油中分离出的多种成分在医药领域均有很高的价值。
To study the development and utilization of Tithonia diversifolia and Ageratum conyzoides, constituents of essential oils extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) from these 2 plants were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results showed that 66 compounds were identified. The common components were 3-Hexen-1-ol, α-Pinene, Camphene, β-Pinene, α-Terpinene, Limonene, Terpinolene, α-Copaene, β-Bourbonene, β-Caryophyllene, Precocene I, Germacrene-D, Cubenol, Elemol, Nerolidol, Germacrene D-4-ol, Caryophyllene oxide, Cubenol and Tau Cadinol. Many constituents of essential oils from these 2 invasive plants could have a high value when used as medicines.

Objective To study the influence of docetaxel on proliferation and apoptois of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma EC109 cells in vitro.Methods Methyl thiazol tetrazolium (MTT) assay was used to detect the inhibition effect of docetaxel on the growth of EC109 cells.Flow cytometry was applied to detect the impact of docetaxel on cell cycle and apoptosis of EC109 cells.Western blotting was used to determine the effect of docetaxel on protein kinase B (Akt)-1 protein expression in EC109 cells.Results MTT assay showed that the inhibition rate in the experiment group was increased with the increases of docetaxel concentrations in EC109 cells (P < 0.05).Results of cell cycle detected by flow cytometry showed that the number of cells in G2/M stage was increased notably after treatment of EC109 cells with docetaxel for 48 h (P < 0.05).Tesuhs of apoptosis showed that oridonin could obviously induce the apoptosis of EC109 cells (P <0.05),and the effect was optimal when the oridonin c

The reduction of graphene oxide has been widely used to control the properties of graphene-based materials. Traditional methods thoroughly remove oxygenated functional groups in graphene oxides. We show that ethanol, ethylene glycol and glycerol can se-lectively reduce epoxy groups in graphene oxide while hydroxyl and carboxyl groups remain unchanged. Hydrazine hydrate can reduce ox-ygen functional groups except carboxyl groups. These selective removals can be used to control the reduction degree of graphene oxides and their properties. The electrical conductivity of the reduced graphene oxides with different types of oxygen functional groups varied sig-nificantly and increased with the degree of reduction.

A method to determine α- spinach sterols and bean-7-ol contents in silver Bupleurum was established. TLC scanning method was used to determine α- spinach sterols and bean-7-ol contents in silver Bupleurum by using 525 nm as determining wavelength and 700 nm as reference wavelength, the mixtureof α- spinasterol (α-spinasterol) and bean-7-ol (stigmast-7-enol) (1: 3) as reference sample. The results show that, α- spinach sterols and bean-7-ol content in 21.46~107.30 μg/μL show a good linear relationship (r= 0.991 1), the average recovery is 99.5% (RSD = 4.8%). The method is simple, time-saving, small loss, and can be used to determine the content of α- spinach sterols and beans-7-enol in silver Bupleurum.

To investigate the chemical constituents of Ainsliaea glabra ,several chromatographies including Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography were applied to the isolation and purifica-tion of chemical constituents.The structures were identified on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data.The results showed that seventeen compounds were isolated from A .glabra and they were identified as taraxasteryl ace-tate(1),dotriacont-1-ene(2),β-sitosterol(3),chrysophanol(4),lupenyl palmitate(5),methyl linolenate(6),linoleic acid(7),phytol(8),stigmast-4-en-3-one(9),phytenal(10),betulinic acid(11),(9Z,11E)-13-oxo-9,11-ocatadecadieno-ic acid(12),E-7,9-diene-11-methenyl palmitic acid(13),taraxinic acid(14),3β-hydroxy-cholesta-5-ene(15),epoxyly-copaene(16),28-O-laurylbetulin(17).Compounds 1-17 were obtained from this herb for the first time.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of deoxynivalenol (DON) and nivalenol (NIV) in wheat and corn by using immunoaffinity column cleanup and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). MethodsThe sample was extracted with water, then passed through the immunoaffinity column containing antibodies specific for DON and NIV. The DON and NIV were sequentially eluted by 0.5 mL methanol and 1.5 mL acetonitrile, and then were separated on C18 column. The DON and NIV were detected by HPLC/UV.ResultsThe linear ranges of aflatoxin were 0.1~2.0 mg/kg, and the recoveries of DON at 0.1~2.0 mg/kg spiked levels were from 72.8 % to 110.1 % for wheat matrix and from 72.2% to 90.6 % for corn matrix respectively. Recoveries of NIV at 0.1~2.0 mg/kg spiked levels were from 58.9 % to 100.4 % for wheat matrix and from 56.9% to 91.9% for corn matrix respectively. The RSDr of DON at 0.1~2.0 mg/kg spiked levels ranged from 3.6% to 10.8% for wheat matrix and from 1.2% to 5.2% for co

The qualitative and quantitative analysis of essential oils of Cunninghamia lanceolata were discussed preliminarily by GC-MS. 68 chromatographic peaks were found,among them 50 components were identified,which accounted for 97.77% of the total oil.The results of analysis showed that the essential oil contained cedrol (28.99%),alpha-cedrene (21.83%),beta-cedrene (9.52%),alpha-terpineol (3.49%),germacrene (3.33%),beta-elemene (2.33%),alpha-chamigrene (2.19%),thujopsene (2.01%),etc.

The essential oils of fresh flowers and manufactured goods of Chrysanthemum cultivar Dendrathema grandiflorum‘Xiao Huang''Ju were extracted by the simultaneous distillation extraction method , then detected by gas chromatography coupled of mass spectrum .The results were as follows:(1) Seventy-six and eighty-eight components were respectively identified from the fresh flowers and manufactured goods of ‘Xiao Huang''Ju, with monterpenes , sesquiterpenes and their oxygenous derivatives being the major chemical components ;(2) Sixty-two mutual chemical components were identified , with eucalyptol , camphor , verbenol acetate , hexamethyl-benzene and so on at high content level.(3) The compounds in essential oils of the fresh flowers which were at least ten times greater than those in essential oils of manufactured goods were camphene ,β-phellandrene,α-phellandrene, (E)-ocimene, (Z)-ocimene, bicyclo[2.2.2]oct-5-en-2-one, allo-ocimene, D-verbenone, safranal, hexamethyl-benzene;

Raspberry is a new third-generation fruit,with elegant fragrant,unique flavor,and attractive color, which has great development potential. Divided according to the color of raspberry ,raspberries can be divided into four categories,red raspberry,yellow raspberries,black raspberries and purple raspberries. Currently planting and developing raspberry is mainly in red. Some wild yellow raspberry were found in red raspberry base areas in Wenchuan. The flavor of yellow raspberry is different from red raspberry. Using SPME-GC-MS method for its volatile flavor,compounds were detected. The results showed that the composition of yellow raspberries retrieved 65 species of higher levels mainly terpenes and alcohols and ketones,followed by higher levels of Linalool,2-Nonanone,L-4-terpineol,2-Nonanol,α-Cubebene,1R-α-Pinene,2-Heptanol,2-Heptanone,Crithmene,.α-Myrcene,D-Limonene et al.
