A high number of maritime accidents are caused due to human errors ,which are further influenced by personal factors ,environmental factors ,ship factors and management factors .A general statistical approach can only link maritime accidents to simple human behavior problem ;however ,it cannot further establish the relationship between the human error and other real influencing factors .It is very challenging for researchers to set up the relationship between the human fault and other influencing factors that cause the human error due to the insufficient data ,improper research meth-od ,and limited research which is only confined to the relationship between human error and a single factor .In this paper a model is established by using data mining association rules to analyze the relationship between the human fault and its environment influencing factors .This paper collects 100 domestic and international maritime accident investigation re-ports ,and uses data mining association rules

Heavy metals are important pollutants in storm water runoff. To explore the rule of seasonal change of heavy metals in storm runoff and how the location factors and human factors affect heavy metal content. Depending an the type of Xi’ an urban road traffic capacity, traffic and other factors, choose five sampling point. In 2013, take the year’s rainfall samples as the research object, using inductively couples plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) to measure concentration of Cd, Zn, Fe, Mn, Al, Pb in storm water runoff. The results show that the quality of the Cd concentration is normal below the surface water environment quality first class standard, the geographical position, the influence of human activities and the change of seasons. The quality of the zinc concentration is normal, between the the first class and the second class of surface water environment quality standard and had no relation with the geographical location, human activities and the change of seasons. Changes of lakes record the information of climate and environmental variations sensitively,which is a direct reflection of global change.Xinjiang is one of the China's largest lake area.Most of the lakes are the trail of rivers,which are vulnerable to climate and human interference,and the area change is big.By using MODIS data,NDVI and other models,through its band composition and using visual interpretation,we ananlyzed the area data of major lakes in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2009.Simultaneously,the precipitation,accumulated temperature and moisture index of 17 stations in Xinjiang were analyzed for the climate change.Research showed the area of main lakes in Xinjiang appeared different degrees of change,climate change is the key factors which affect the lake area,while human factors in changing lake area has been weaken.

At first, this article briefly describes some knowledge about human error in the aviation security domain. Second, through keywords and topics, the paper searched of human error in aviation safety on three authoritative literature resources platform include Chinese journal full text database, Wanfang Date knowledge platform and Chinese military technology knowledge sources database. On the basis, the research has also forecasted the aviation human error''s research trend in the future.

In this study, we made survey on product factors, manmade factors and environmental factors in liquor processing procedures and meanwhile designed a scientific sampling program for liquor detection in order to explore the background value and the source of sweeteners in liquor. Through the analysis and the validation, we found that, the detection values of four sweeteners (sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, ace-sulfame, sucralose) in all normally-produced base liquor and product liquor were far lower than the existed national detection limits (0.1 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg, 4.0 mg/kg, and 4.0 mg/kg respectively). Background value might only possibly exist in cyclamate. However, as its detection value ex-ceeded national detection limit, it might be induced by illegal addition, and there was no misjudgment here. The control of human factors is the key to preventing and controlling aircraft accidents .Based on the theory of human factors ,this paper has analyzed the influencing factors of the aviation human errors and the research results of experts ,and put forward a comprehensive evaluation method in aviation safety based on the theory of human factors .By using the hierarchical analysis method ,the weight of each evalua-tion index is determined ,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed .Consequently ,a comprehensive evaluation method was conducted on aviation safety ,thus arriving at the assessment rating . The research results show that the aviation safety is favorable and can meet the intended purpose .
